where to go

We are located above Learning Express in North Shore 2, across from Whole Foods. Come in and introduce yourself to the staff at the front desk and they will get you all setup!

What to pay

We have a New Student/First Class Special of 30 days unlimited yoga for $30! You can purchase it online or at the desk when you come to your first class. There are also class packages, drop in rates, and unlimited memberships here.

When to come

You can either book a class here or come to the studio 15 minutes before your desired class to get signed in. Choose a class that suits your fitness level and areas of focus. For beginners looking for stretching, meditation, and deep relaxation we recommend Yin, Restorative, and Yin/Yasa. For beginners looking to move and flow, we recommend the Warm Vinyasa class. If you are looking for vigorous movement and a good sweat, join us for Power, Vigorous Vinyasa, or Hot 26.

We also have a Beginners Series to Power Yoga workshop that is great for beginners looking to learn basics, modifications, and ways to prevent injury in their bodies. This 6 week series is wonderful if you are intimidated by more advanced classes or are looking to create a strong foundation in your practice.

What to bring

Yoga mat, water, & towel. If you do no have any of those items, we have them here for you! We have bottled water for sale and a mat rental fee of $2. Towels are free! Showers are also available for use.

Depending on the class, expect to sweat.

All classes include guided instruction, experienced teachers, modifications for all levels, and lots of fun!
