You have spent months diligently training, giving yourself motivated pep talks, and trying to balance all aspects of life. Now that you are on the other side of the race, it is time to take care of all the areas that supported you most. Join Hannah Lancaster for a recharging recovery class for triathletes of all levels.
This 75 minute class will focus on creating range of motion and preventing injuries in core muscle groups that you used while training and racing and help you reset your mind to ease back into life post Ironman.
We will move through some deep stretches targeting hamstrings, quadriceps, hips, low back, shoulders, chest, and core. The soles of our feet and neck will also get some yummy attention. Class will finish with a few restorative postures to help your muscles relax into recovery mode.
