This class will be: 70 minutes flow, 15 yin and then rest.

Join Lisa for a fresh 90 min power/zen class. Reece Varnell will be serving up the beats for this energetic class. This is an all-levels class so if you’re seasoned or a “newbie” come and experience what your practice can be. I will bring some instruction and much laughter!
