Southern Soul Yoga has four locations in Chattanooga’s Northshore, Dalton, and East Brainerd neighborhoods—offering yoga and Pilates classes from beginner to expert, as well as various yoga and Pilates teacher trainings.

We offer membership and plans tailored to your individual needs. Whether you aim to enhance foundational yoga principles, want to sweat it out on the Reform45, sculpt in a hot mat Pilates class or want unlimited access to all of the diverse classes we have to offer.
